Perron’s Emmenthal has an ivory colour and is made of lactose-free pasteurized milk. It’s a mild hard cheese with no crust. It has a lightly sweet almond taste. Available in blocks of 170 g, 3 kg, 4 kg, 12 kg, sliced or grated.
