This is why the company gained the FSSC 22 000. This certification allows, among other things, allows costumers to have a greater trust in the ingredients due to the enhanced food processing safety the producers follow. It also allows producers to lower their costs.
Moreover, all products made by Fromagerie Perron are certified Kosher. Perron also possesses all the necessary certifications to produce organic cheeses certified by Québec Vrai and Agro Boréale. These products, however, are only produced on demand.
