The Cheddar Perron 2 years is a hard cheese made with unpasteurized milk and aged 24 months. It has a buttery colour and pronouced nutty flavours. Its texture is slightly crumbly and creamy. Available in sizes ranging from 170 g to 19 kg and grated in bags of 2 kg.
