Perron’s Parmesan is hard cheese with no crust made with pasteurized milk. It has a salty, fruity ans lightly spicy taste. It possesses the same yellow colour and has a crumbly texture. Available in blocs of 19 kg and grated in sizes of 1 and 2 kg.
