In 2010, in order to celebrate its 120 years, Fromagerie Perron has created a cheddar macerated in Brambasia Liquor from Domaine Le Cageot located in Jonquière.
The liquor, whose name means raspberry in Greek, gives hints of fruitiness to Cheddar Perron. Made with raspberries and blackcurrants grown at the Le Cageot’s property and having been awared at numerous occasions, the Brambasia liquor is another genuine jewel of local gastronomy. Combined with our aged Cheddar, it gives a delicious fruity touch to our Perron signature.
