125 years of tradition of making aged Cheddar is very much alive at Fromagerie Perron. The famous nutty taste has been recognized and awarded in the most prestigious international contests.
Available are the medium Cheddar, aged 3 to 9 months, the Cheddar aged 1 year, the Cheddar aged 2 years and our Doyen, the Perron Cheddar aged 4 years.
Fromagerie Perron also works with the best of local products as the dark beer La Criminelle from La Voie Maltée and the Brambasia liquor from Domaine le Cageot to make delicious macerated cheeses. Enjoy also the Cheddar macerated in Port 10 years of age, a classic!
