{"id":4326,"date":"2025-11-03T10:53:50","date_gmt":"2025-11-03T15:53:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fromagerieperron.com\/?p=4326"},"modified":"2025-11-03T10:54:28","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T15:54:28","slug":"buffalo-chicken-tacos-with-cheese-curds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fromagerieperron.com\/en\/buffalo-chicken-tacos-with-cheese-curds\/","title":{"rendered":"Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Cheese Curds"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Prep Time: 15-20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook Time: 25-30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total Time: 40-50 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servings: 2-3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Exceldor chicken breasts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>80 ml (1\/3 cup) Buffalo sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 small corn tortillas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 bag of Perron <a href=\"https:\/\/fromagerieperron.com\/en\/fromages\/cheddar-en-grains\/\">cheese curds<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>120 ml (1\/2 cup) plain Greek yogurt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 garlic clove, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A small bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A small bunch of fresh dill, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juice of 1 lime<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through (about 5 to 7 minutes per side, depending on thickness).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes. Then break the chicken into pieces or shred it with a fork. Add the Buffalo sauce. Toss to coat well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Microwave the tortillas for about 1 minute to soften them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fill each tortilla with chicken and cheese curds. Fold the tortillas over themselves. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake for about 18-20 minutes, or until the tacos are golden brown and crispy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the tacos are baking, combine the yogurt, garlic, cilantro, dill, and lime juice in a bowl.
