The most popular of our cheeses, our 2-year Cheddar perfectly blends buttery flavours and hints of hazelnut. A creamy texture that crumbles slightly on the palate.

We’re introducing a new “free-range cow” seal. It certifies that the milk for our cheeses comes from cows who live happily and freely on the farm. Weather permitting, some even graze outdoors so they can express their natural behaviours.
