The union between Fromagerie Perron and La Voie Maltée brewery has led to the creation of a unique cheddar: the Cheddar Perron made with dark beer La Criminelle. By combining the matured taste of Cheddar Perron to the chocolate, vanilla and coffee notes of the beer, we get a gourmet cheese with rich hints of malt.
